发言提纲：

Klaas Ruitenbeek的会议发言提纲：
I worked in three collections of Asian art: National Museum Amsterdam, Royal Ontario Museum Toronto, and Asian Art Museum Berlin. This enables me to make some general remarks about different types of Asian art museums. Since January 1, 2010, I am Director of the Asian Art Museum Berlin. Because of German history (Second World War, division in East and West Germany, unification in 1990) a lot has happened to the Asian art collection in Berlin in the 20th century. I will briefly discuss this. Lastly, I will look towards the future, specifically the creation of the Humboldt Forum in the center of Berlin. This will become a very large center for non-Western art, into which the current Ethnology Museum and Asian Art Museum will be integrated. Apart from ancient art, contemporary art, as well as theatre, music and film from Asia, Africa, the Americas and Oceania will play a prominent role in the Humboldt Forum.
